FEES

 

A basic inspection takes 2 to 4 hours or more, depending on the size of the dwelling and the complexity of its systems.

Minimum Fee $225 for homes 1,000 square feet or less
$275 for homes 1,600 square feet or less
$325 for homes 2,400 square feet or less
$400 for homes 3,200 square feet or less

Add $10 per 100 square feet over 3,200 sq. ft.

For inspections requiring substantial travel time, a surcharge may be added.

Consultation fees with original client on original inspection are free for one year.
